Chocolate Indulgence

this is a great recipe for a sleep over – my daughter loved – well she still LOVES it!!

it is totally decadent – awesome with vanilla ice cream and it does freeze well – so you don’t have to eat it all at once!! (did I really tell you that?? lol)

1 package chocolate cake mix

2 cups sour cream

1 package instant chocolate pudding

2 cups chocolate chips

3/4 cup oil

4 eggs

1 cup milk

mix everything together

cook in crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours

OR

in 9 by 13 inch pan at 300F for about an hour

Tips:

1. choose a good quality oil – olive is fine and peanut is also a good choice

2. GREASE the crock pot or pan well

3. this mixture will never set completely – it should be like cake with sauce
